CANCELLATION POLICIES
You are entitled to a full refund if reservation is cancelled 14 days in advance.
Campsite cancellations 14 to 4 days before reservation date will be charged a 25.00 cancellation fee per night booked. Example: 3 day reservation would be charged 75.00.
3 days or less before reservation will receive no refunds.
No refunds will be given for camping weather cancellations.
River Trip cancellations use the same rules of cancellation as camping. The only difference is weather cancellations called by Kayak rental personnel are 100% refundable.
NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU ARE READY TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS AS ALL LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO ABOVE FEES.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS! At booking you will be asked if you accept the cancellation policy. Checking it means you understand and agree.
Refunds will be mailed out at the first date of financial reconciliation for campground but no later than 10 days after cancellation. Online payments will be refunded within 72 hours.

All reservations must be paid in full.
No sites will be held until payment is received.
We have a strict non-smoking policy in cabins and community areas.
The rules are posted on the website and you should not complete
reservation unless you have read and understand all the rules.
Only firewood purchased at campground is permitted and will be strictly enforced.
No pets allowed.
