The campground had been in operation for many years under different names. In 2017, new owners upgraded the property and amenities after purchase.

 

The new name, Black River Trails Campground, was chosen because of the many trails nearby and its location along the Black River.

In 2023, those owners retired and a new family began the journey in November of 2024 and plan to reopen in the spring of 2025. We'll continue managing the beauty of the land and the river while sharing it with those who love to camp and explore.
