Campsite Cancellations:

You will be entitled to a 50% refund if reservation is cancelled 14 days in advance of reservation date.

 

Cancellations 13 days or less of reservation date will not receive a refund.

No refunds will be given for camping weather cancellations.

 

River Trip cancellations:

Use the same rules of cancellation as camping. The only difference is weather cancellations called by Kayak rental personnel are 100% refundable.

Please make sure you read and understand our cancelation policies. At booking you will be asked if you accept the cancellation policy. Checking it means you understand and agree.

 

Refunds will be mailed out at the first date of financial reconciliation for campground but no later than 10 days after cancellation. Online payments will be refunded within 72 hours.
