BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. GO TO MAKE RESERVATIONS.

2. PUT IN NUMBER OF GUESTS.

3. PUT IN DATES NEEDED.

4. ALL AVAILABLE SITES WILL SHOW UP.

5. SELECT THE SITE NUMBER YOU WANT, IF AVAILABLE.

6. ADD FIREWOOD, SHOWER TOKENS, EXTRA GUEST AND VEHICLE CHARGE IF NEEDED.

ADD ON $20.00 FEE FOR 1 NIGHT STAY IN CABINS

ALL SITES REQUIRE TWO NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS.

7. CHECK OUT WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO CHECK OUT. THERE IS A PLACE TO USE YOUR CREDIT CARD.

TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO CHECK A BOX THAT INDICATES YOU HAVE READ THE CANCELLATION POLICIES AT CHECKOUT.

 

No Reservation will be held without payment. 

 

Check in is 3:00 pm - 8:00 PM EST & Check out is 11:00 AM EST

 

If you cannot check in during this time, please text your requests for late check-ins to 269-492-4668. Leave name, check in date, and expected time of arrival.

All vehicles must parallel park along road. NO CARS ALLOWED TO PARK ON CAMP SITES!

One tent and one vehicle per site. Occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 18. Additional guests may be added for extra charge.

 

One or two cars per cabin. Cabin occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18. Each cabin has an extra lot, for an additional tent space if needed, but there is an additional charge per person over 4. Please contact camp manager for additional people.

2 tents and 2 cars are allowed on large sites. Occupancy 6 people. Additional guests extra. 

 

Any additional cars must purchase parking pass and park in designated parking.
